Prints will be ready for shipping or local delivery within 2 weeks of race weekend. Pre-orders close May 22nd.

After race weekend, we will obtain your bib number and finish time from Run Ottawa. If there are any errors in your bib number or finish time, you will be able to inform us.
What if I don't finish or can't race?

We'll work with you. Contact us and we'll find a solution — no runner left behind.
Which event prints are available for purchase?

You can purchase a race print for all 2026 Tamarack Ottawa Race Weekend events: 2K, 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, and Marathon.
What sizes and framing options are available?

Prints come in 8×10 to 24×36, unframed or in black wood, white wood, or natural oak frame.
When will I receive my print?

Orders placed before May 23rd will be ready for shipping or local delivery/pick-up within 2 weeks of race weekend.
Can I order as a gift for someone else running the race?

Absolutely. Just include their full name and event when you submit personalization details with your product order.
What's your return policy on personalized items?

Because each print is made to order, personalized prints are final sale. If there's an error on our end, we'll work with you to make it right.
