Once you've completed your race, we'll automatically pull your bib number and finish time from your race results after you cross the line.

IRONMAN Canada-Ottawa opens with a 3.8 km swim in the Ottawa River, continues with a 180 km closed-road bike through the city, and ends with a 42.2 km run to the finish in front of Parliament Hill. Do I need to submit the bib number and finish time results?

We only require the athlete's full name when you place your order. While the bib number is not necessary, you can include it if you have it - this will help us locate the athlete's results more easily after race day.
What if I don't finish or can't race?

We'll work with you. Contact us and we'll find a solution — no athlete left behind.
What sizes and framing options are available?

Prints come in 8×10 to 24×36, unframed or in black wood, white wood, or natural oak frame.
What stats are shown on the print?

All of our triathlon print styles, including the Ironman prints, include the finish stats for the swim, bike, and run legs as well as the overall time.

Our prints are fully customizable - if you'd like to include only specific stats on your print, please reach out to us directly or leave a note in the 'special instructions' box during checkout.
When will I receive my print?

For Ironman Ottawa, all orders placed by August 1st will be ready for shipping or local delivery/pick-up within 2 weeks of race weekend.
Can I order as a gift for someone else participating in the race?

Absolutely. Just include their full name when you submit personalization details with your product order.
What's your return policy on personalized items?

Because each print is made to order, personalized prints are final sale. If there's an error on our end, we'll work with you to make it right.
